At Real Sporting Academy, we've seen the disheartening cycle too often:
bright, promising talents going unnoticed because of a lack of international professional representation. This overlooked potential can be disheartening for young players who dream big and aspire to showcase their skills on a global platform.
Even more troubling is the surge of well-intentioned parents, who, despite their dedication, might not have ever played the game themselves, stepping in as coaches. While their love and commitment are commendable, the nuances of the sport, the strategies, the in-depth techniques – all these can get lost in translation. At RS Academy, we believe every aspiring star deserves trained eyes on them and quality coaching to truly flourish.

RS Academy Soccer Approach
We are creating a soccer academy where we will prioritize proper coaching. Our coaching staff will have played professionally and will understand what goes into the development of young talent. Ambitiously, we will do this while keeping costs down in order to be inclusive to minorities with little resources.
RS Academy will be made accessible by reducing club fees, uniform costs, registration fees and any other costs associated with a soccer club.
There have been a million Messi’s & Ronaldo’s that have been unnoticed for several reasons, maybe it was lack of proper encouragement, lack of funds to keep the adventure going for the child, or in a popular case in the USA, bad coaching from early stage. This issue ends here.
