Training Focus

Each group training session emphasizes proper technique and foundational skills in key areas such as:

  • Footwork

  • Diving techniques, including collapse, extension, and forward dives

  • Communication and distribution

  • Positioning and angle play

  • Managing high balls

  • Handling crosses and set pieces

  • Breakaway defense

  • Goalkeeper-specific speed and agility
